Our estimates are approximate according to the information you provide. Incorrect information will give you an incorrect estimate.

Keep in mind that a first time home cleaning always takes longer than a regular or frequent home cleaning as there is more dust, grease or clutter to work with than when your home is kept up to standard with a regular or frequent service.

Please note: We only charge for the time the cleaners spend in the home, not the time estimated. For example, if we estimated for a 2 ½ to 3 hour cleaning and they only spend 2 hours or 2 ¼ hours at your home, that’s what we’ll charge. Our home cleaning rate is a minimum of 1 hour then it’s divided per 15 minutes thereafter.
